This program provides one-time support for electric bills, contingent on the availability of funds.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call and leave their name and phone number.
Travel/Location: SAM and STAR bus services operate within the City of Sandy, and Mountain Express serves Rhododendron.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Households must have an income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
Documents you may need
- Proof of address for every adult in the household ages 18 and older (letter, utility bill, rental agreement, etc.), proof of income, valid ID
