About this resource
This initiative provides assistance for water and sewer utility bills, with funds directly applied to the customer's account. The funding is limited, and the program will cease once it reaches its capacity.
Intake Procedure: Check the website for the application link, program details, and income guidelines. For further inquiries, you can call or email.
Travel/Location: The office is situated at the intersection of 9th and Duane Streets, just two blocks south of the transit center.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Households earning at or below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI) qualify.
Documents you may need
- -Proof of residency -Number of people living in household -Proof of income for all household members in the last 60 days (pay stubs, Social Security, unemployment, benefits, etc.)
