About this resource
This initiative provides assistance for water and sewer utility bills, with funds directly applied to the customer's account. The funding is limited, and the program will cease once it reaches its capacity.

Travel/Location: The office is situated at the intersection of 9th and Duane Streets, just two blocks south of the transit center.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- City of Astoria utility customers with household income at or below 60% of the area median income; assistance scales by income band.
Documents you may need
- Proof of residency, number of people in the household, and proof of income for all household members for the last 60 days
