Deschutes Public Library collaborates with the Deschutes County Access to Justice Committee to provide 30-minute consultations with an attorney who offers general legal guidance or connects individuals to other agencies. This service covers areas such as family law, domestic violence, housing, public benefits, education, employment, consumer matters, civil rights, and senior law, but does not address criminal law inquiries.
