Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with children aged 0-3, particularly those with low income as defined by Federal Poverty Level (FPL) standards. Special provisions are made for children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance, who qualify regardless of income. Families with higher incomes may also qualify based on specific needs, though those with greater needs are given priority.
