About this resource
This initiative provides a temporary housing intervention service supported by case management. Assistance may cover move-in expenses, rental support, eviction prevention, benefits assistance, employment and educational services, and legal help concerning housing challenges. Clients must be open to working with a caseworker and may need to maintain sobriety from alcohol and drugs. The availability of assistance is contingent on funding and eligibility criteria.
Intake Procedure: -Contact to discuss eligibility and options. If necessary, leave a brief message, and a caseworker will return your call. -An appointment may be arranged based on the eligibility screening results. -An intake appointment does not guarantee assistance.
Fees: No fees apply.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include veterans and their families who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness, with the veteran present in the household, an income at or below 50% of Area Median Income (AMI), and a discharge status other than dishonorable.
