Provides screening for OHP assistance programs that can help with rent, utility costs, nutritional aid, and support related to climate issues.
Intake Process: Schedule an appointment via phone.
Cost: Free of charge.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 65 and older, children from birth to age 5, pregnant women or those who have given birth in the last year, or anyone with a qualifying health condition who are OHP recipients.
