About this resource
This initiative provides a mix of educational resources, counseling, and financial aid for down payments to assist income-qualified first-time homebuyers in covering part of their down payment and/or closing costs when funds are available.

Fees: There is an annual membership fee of $75, which grants access to counseling, classes, workshops, and the Down Payment Assistance program.
Who can use this
- -Households with low to moderate income -Must be a first-time homebuyer; cannot have owned a home in the last three years -Eligible properties include single-family homes, condos, or manufactured homes on owned land -Must occupy the home -Additional loan criteria may be necessary
