Early Head Start is a program designed to support healthy births, foster child development, and enhance parenting skills through various services. These services include home visits, parenting classes, and opportunities for parents to connect with one another.

Fees: There are no fees associated with the program.
Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with children aged 0-3, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% of the federal poverty level. Additionally, children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance qualify regardless of income, while families with higher incomes may also be considered based on specific needs, with priority given to those with greater needs.
