Who can use this
- -Children must be aged 3-4 by September 1st of the current year -Household income should not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level -Must reside in Oregon -Families on SNAP are exempt from additional income verification -Housing Adjustment: Eligibility Specialists can modify a family's gross income assessment to consider high housing costs, applicable to those spending over 30% of their income on housing.
