Fees: There are no application fees. Homebuyers will have low-interest, affordable mortgage options and will be responsible for monthly mortgage payments.
Who can use this
- To qualify, households must: -Be U.S. citizens or permanent residents -Reside in the affiliate service area for a minimum of 12 months -Not have owned a home in the last 3 years -Not have had a bankruptcy discharged in the past 3 years -Currently live in inadequate, subsidized, overcrowded, or unaffordable housing -Be able to contribute 500 hours of sweat equity in construction -Have a reliable income that allows for mortgage repayment and a satisfactory credit history -Have a household income between 50% and 80% of the Marion County median.
