About this resource
This initiative provides a mix of educational resources, counseling services, and financial assistance for down payments aimed at income-eligible first-time homebuyers to help with a portion of the down payment and/or closing expenses for home purchases (subject to funding availability).

Fees: An annual membership fee of $75 grants access to counseling, classes, workshops, and the Down Payment Assistance program.
Who can use this
- - Households with low to moderate income - Must be a first-time homebuyer; cannot have owned a home in the last three years - Eligible for purchasing a single-family home, including detached homes, condos, or manufactured homes on owned land - Must occupy the home - Additional loan criteria may apply
