The program delivers meals to homes, provides naturalization support, assists homebound individuals, offers limited transportation, and includes case management, health and wellness initiatives, along with leadership for seniors and their caregivers. An Information and Assistance specialist is on hand to offer guidance and referrals.

Fees: Costs vary depending on the service, with a sliding scale fee for Oregon Project Independence (OPI) services, and some services are provided at no charge.
