This program offers help with electric and gas bills based on available funding.
Intake Process: Call to leave your first and last name along with your phone number. You can also visit in person to submit documents during open assistance hours.
Travel/Location: Parking is limited; it is recommended to use public transportation (MAX blue line, TriMet bus line 20) and street parking.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- To qualify, you must be a NW Natural Gas (NWN) customer for gas and a Pacific Power (PPL) customer for electricity, and be 55 years or older.
Documents you may need
- Social Security Number, identification card, current utility bill, income verification, proof of address
