About this resource
This initiative provides tax preparation services for federal and Oregon taxes through face-to-face appointments, with most individual tax returns and some self-employment returns being prepared by IRS-certified volunteers. Assistance is also available for applying for or renewing an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) and for understanding available tax credits. The program welcomes volunteers in various roles, including client facilitators, interpreters, outreach committee members, and tax preparers.

Fees: There are no charges for these services.
Who can use this
- To qualify, household income must be at or below $69,000 and should not include rental property, cryptocurrency sales, or certain education expense adjustments; self-employment income must meet specific criteria.
