About this resource
This initiative provides tax preparation services for federal and Oregon taxes through face-to-face appointments, with most individual tax returns and some self-employment returns being prepared by IRS-certified volunteers. Assistance is also available for applying for or renewing an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) and for understanding available tax credits. The program welcomes volunteers in various roles, including client facilitators, interpreters, outreach committee members, and tax preparers.
