About this resource
This initiative provides federal and Oregon tax preparation services via in-person appointments, where IRS-certified volunteers assist with the majority of individual tax returns and some self-employment returns. It also offers assistance in applying for or renewing an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) and provides information on available tax credits. The program welcomes volunteers for various roles including client facilitators, interpreters, outreach committee members, and tax preparers.

Who can use this
- To qualify, household income must be at or below $69,000, and certain conditions regarding rental property, cryptocurrency sales, education expense adjustments, and specific self-employment income criteria must be met.
