This program provides a continuous monthly discount on electric bills for Pacific Power customers, with the discount amount dependent on the household's income level. It is available in addition to any other forms of assistance that may be received.
Application Process: Interested individuals can apply through the website or by calling for more information. Customers who have previously received energy assistance will be automatically registered for the program.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Customers of Pacific Power whose household income is at or below 60% of the State Median Income (SMI)
