About this resource

Tribal Early Head Start provides a home visiting initiative focused on fostering healthy birth outcomes, supporting child development, and improving parenting skills. The program offers services such as home visits, socialization events (where parents and their children can interact with others), parenting workshops, goal-setting assistance, and networking opportunities for parents. Additionally, it features center-based services for infants and toddlers aged 12 weeks to 3 years, with classrooms adhering to the Early Head Start curriculum.

Travel/Location: From Highway 18, turn right onto Grand Ronde Road, drive one mile, and then turn left onto the Tribal Campus. The Social Services department is located in Building B of the Community Center, while the Education Division can be found in Building K.

Fees: Fees vary depending on the service provided.

Who can use this

  • Eligible participants include pregnant individuals and families with infants and children aged 0-3, particularly those with incomes at or below 100% of the federal poverty level, as well as certain vulnerable groups regardless of income.
