Who can use this
- -Children must be aged 3-4 before September 1st of the current year -Household income should be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) -Must be a resident of Oregon -Families on SNAP are exempt from providing extra income verification -Housing Adjustment: Eligibility Specialists can modify a family's income evaluation to consider high housing costs, applicable to those spending over 30% of their income on housing.
