About this resource
This program provides financial support for electric and internet bills. Customers of Portland General Electric (PGE) may qualify for a one-time emergency aid of up to $399, while Hillsboro Utility customers can receive assistance once or twice within a 12-month timeframe, capped at $250. Note that assistance is not guaranteed and depends on the availability of funds.

Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Customers of PGE, Hillsboro Utility, Sherwood Utility, and HiLight Bridge Internet.
Documents you may need
- -ID for all household members 18 and older -Current bill in applicant's name at the time of processing -Proof of income from the last 60 days for all household members 18 and older
