About this resource
This service provides both court-ordered and voluntary mediation to help couples come to an agreement regarding custody and parenting schedules prior to a court hearing. Additionally, it includes co-parenting education and counseling.

Fees: -Court mandated Mediation and Parent Education: $200 per individual, waived for those with a fee waiver or deferral. -New Ways for Families: $250 per individual or $150 for those with a fee waiver or deferral. -Voluntary Mediation: $125 per individual per session. -Counseling: $93.75 per individual per session.
Who can use this
- -Court mandated Mediation and Parent Education: For parties with minor children involved in an active domestic relations case in Washington County. -Voluntary Mediation: For parties with minor children not engaged in an active domestic relations case in Washington County. -All other services: Available to parties with minor children.
