About this resource
This initiative provides outreach support for housing and job search efforts, helps with obtaining identification (such as ID and Social Security cards), assists in applying for replacement birth certificates and covering associated fees, offers general mail delivery, facilitates credit report requests, and aids with SNAP and OHP applications. Additionally, it connects individuals to resources for savings, budgeting, educational planning, and life skills. Mobile Navigators are available to meet clients in convenient public locations.
