Provides transitional housing for individuals dealing with acquired or traumatic brain injuries, such as those resulting from car accidents, strokes, or epilepsy. The facility offers round-the-clock physical, speech, and occupational therapy, as well as outpatient rehabilitation services for those who can live independently. Services are available in both Spanish and English.

- Individuals with traumatic or acquired brain injuries must complete rehabilitation.
