This program allows families and individuals to construct and buy homes through affordable mortgage options.
Intake Procedure: For more details, visit the website or call. A pre-application must be submitted, and applications are accepted only when properties are available.
Fees: There is a $30 application fee.
Who can use this
- Households residing in inadequate housing must meet specific criteria: -Adhere to income guidelines -Commit to 300 hours of sweat equity in construction -Be US citizens or permanent residents -Have not owned a home in the last 3 years -Possess the ability to make mortgage payments (steady income and good credit history).
