About this resource
The Outpatient Clinics are integrated into the VA Portland Health Care System, providing essential non-emergency primary care, lab services, and mental health support at most locations. The services available can differ from one site to another. Veterans who are currently receiving care at other VA Medical Centers in Oregon have the option to request a transfer to a different outpatient clinic.
Intake Procedure: Check the website for your nearest clinic. New patients should contact the Portland VA Medical Center for enrollment, while existing patients can reach out to their local clinic. Flu shots are available on a walk-in basis.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
