This program connects individuals with community organizations that offer support for Medicare, immigration, housing, utility needs, health access, and financial consultations.
Who can use this
- Residents of Davis County who have an income at or below 185% of the poverty level are eligible, with additional assistance available on a case-by-case basis for those facing temporary difficulties or unexpected situations.
Documents you may need
- Photo ID — Photo ID for adults over 18. Other form of identification such as birth certificate for those younger than 18.
