About this resource
This initiative allows low-income families to attain homeownership via a sweat equity approach. Participants contribute a down payment and monthly mortgage payments that feed into a revolving fund designated for constructing homes for additional families.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is determined by financial need, payment capacity, and a commitment to collaborate with Habitat. Applicants must have resided or worked in Washington County for at least one year, earn no more than 30-60% of the area median income, and be prepared to fulfill required sweat equity hours.
