This program supports seniors needing assistance with daily tasks, transportation, and companionship while also providing them with volunteer opportunities to utilize or develop their skills for community projects.
Intake Process: New clients can choose to receive an intake form either by mail or via phone. Please note that this process may take a few days, so emergency transportation or services are not available immediately.
Cost: There are no fees associated with the program.
Who can use this
- Participants must be low-income seniors aged 55 and older or low-income disabled individuals aged 18 and older.
