Hopelink Transportation

Community Resource

Serves: Bellevue, King County

About this resource

This program funds and organizes non-emergency transportation to services covered by Medicaid for residents of Snohomish County only; it is essential to call ahead for reservations, bus passes, or reimbursement.

Intake Procedure: Reservations must be made at least two business days prior. Individuals capable of using buses should book one week ahead. The phone queue for King County can sometimes be busy, so if the call doesn't connect, try again later. The optimal times to call are Wednesday through Friday, avoiding the noon to 1 PM window and the day following a holiday. Service is available on holidays as well. Callers can reach out just before 8 AM to enter the queue and can book rides up to 14 days in advance of their appointments. The website offers options to check ride status, report delays, cancel trips, or give feedback. During the application process, the following information is required: Provider One Identification Card Number, date of birth, current street and mailing addresses, phone number or message number, current transportation resources, appointment date and time, doctor's name and phone number, office or clinic name, and any special considerations or mobility needs.

Fees: Covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
