About this resource

This program delivers various health services such as family planning, immunizations, physical and annual exams, sports physicals, counseling, and substance abuse prevention for youth and adolescents. Eligibility is limited to middle school or high school students enrolled in Highline Public Schools.

Intake Procedure: To access most services, individuals must fill out a registration form. According to state and federal regulations, minors are able to consent to family planning, mental health, and alcohol/drug services independently, although parental consent and registration are highly recommended. For other services, a parent consent form and registration are mandatory.

Fees: There are no charges for services, with WA Apple Health (Medicaid) covering some options. Certain private insurance plans are also accepted.

  • Eligibility is restricted to students from the clinic's school or its partner institutions, focusing on uninsured and underinsured adolescents, while also providing confidential care for those with insurance.
