About this resource
This service provides essential health care, addressing minor illnesses and injuries, family planning, physical exams, and health education. Eligibility is limited to students at the clinic school.
Intake Procedure: To access most services, individuals must fill out a registration form. According to state and federal laws, minors can consent to family planning, mental health, and substance use services independently, though parental consent and registration are highly recommended. For other services, a parental consent form and registration are required.
Fees: There are no charges for services, although some may be covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and certain private insurance plans.

- Eligibility is restricted to students at the clinic school or its partner institutions, primarily targeting uninsured and underinsured adolescents, while also offering confidential care to those with insurance.
