Evergreen Campus Health Center By Healthpoint
Community Resource
About this resource
This program provides family planning, immunizations, physical and annual examinations, sports physicals, counseling, and substance abuse prevention and intervention aimed at youth and adolescents. Participants must be middle or high school students enrolled in Highline Public Schools.
Intake Process: To access most services, a registration form needs to be filled out. According to state and federal regulations, minors can consent to family planning, mental health, and alcohol/drug services independently. While parental consent and registration are highly recommended for these services, they are mandatory for other services.
Fees: There are no charges for most services, and WA Apple Health (Medicaid) covers some. Certain private insurance plans are also accepted.
Who can use this
- Participants must be students at the clinic's school or its partner institutions, with a focus on uninsured or underinsured adolescents, while also offering confidential care to insured youth.
