Mercer Middle School Health Center By Neighborcare Health
Community Resource
About this resource
Offers essential health services such as treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, family planning, physical examinations, and health education, available exclusively to students at the clinic's school.
Intake Process: To access most services, fill out a registration form. According to state and federal regulations, minors can consent to family planning, mental health, and substance abuse services independently. While parental consent and registration are highly recommended for these services, other services require both a parent consent form and registration.
Costs: No fees for some services through WA Apple Health (Medicaid). Certain private insurance plans are also accepted.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is limited to students at the clinic's school or its partner institutions, prioritizing uninsured and underinsured adolescents, while also providing confidential care to those with insurance.
