About this resource

Offers essential health services including care for minor illnesses and injuries, family planning, physical exams, and health education, specifically for students enrolled at the clinic school.

Intake Procedure: To access most services, fill out a registration form. Minors can consent to family planning, mental health, and alcohol/drug services under state and federal law, although parental consent and registration are highly recommended for these services. For other types of services, both a parent consent form and registration are required.

Fees: There are no charges for some services covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and select private insurance plans are accepted.
