About this resource
Delivers essential health services that include the treatment of minor illnesses and injuries, physical examinations, and health education. Eligibility is limited to students attending the clinic school.
Intake Process: To access most services, individuals must fill out a registration form. For other types of services, a parent consent form along with registration is required.
Fees: There are no charges for some services covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and some private insurance plans are accepted.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is restricted to students at the clinic's school or its affiliated institutions, primarily targeting uninsured and underinsured adolescents, while also providing confidential care for those with insurance.
