This initiative supports low-income homeowners and renters in lowering their energy bills and enhancing the air quality within their residences. It provides assistance with ventilation, insulation, furnace repairs, and air sealing. Eligibility requires living in King County, specifically outside of Seattle.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call. Applications can be submitted through the website, by phone, or via mail.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Homeowners and renters in King County, residing outside Seattle's city limits, in single-family homes, mobile homes, and eligible apartment complexes, where at least 50% of tenants meet income requirements. Household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or 60% of the Area Median Income.
