About this resource
This program delivers nutrition and health evaluations along with educational support, breastfeeding assistance, and vouchers for designated nutritious foods. It caters to pregnant and post-partum women, as well as infants and children under the age of 5, who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.
To enroll, individuals should call to schedule an appointment. A nutrition assessment is required to identify any nutritional risks.
There are no fees associated with the program.
