About this resource
Provides nutrition and health evaluations, educational resources, breastfeeding assistance, and vouchers for certain healthy foods to pregnant and post-partum women, as well as infants and children under 5 years old who meet specific income criteria.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment. Applicants are required to undergo a nutrition assessment to evaluate nutritional risk.
Fees: No fees are charged.
Who can use this
- Pregnant and post-partum women, infants and children under age 5 who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.
