This initiative provides transitional housing, rental support, and coaching in independent living skills tailored for young adults. It aids participants in finding independent housing within the community while encouraging them to set and achieve personal goals. Additionally, it offers financial assistance for utilities, food, and educational costs, alongside emotional support, case management, and connections to community resources.

Who can use this
- Participants must have been emancipated from the AB12/extended foster care system or an out-of-home probation placement and possess some income to sustain housing as program subsidies lessen.
