About this resource
Delivers a range of clinical services to individuals with disabilities and their families, which encompasses treatment coordination throughout the eligibility process and while utilizing further agency services; advocacy with other organizations when extra services are required; psychological services that include assessments and therapy; social work; nursing care; nutritional guidance; and rehabilitation counseling. Additionally, it provides support for early identification.
