About this resource
This initiative supports veterans and their families by providing transitional housing that includes case management, peer support, community services, veteran-focused transitional classes, an advisory group, and partnerships with other VA providers. The typical duration of stay in the shelter is between 4 to 6 months. Additionally, it offers homeless prevention case management for veterans residing in the community.
Intake Process: Contact for eligibility assessment.
Location/Travel: A bus stop is located approximately 900 feet from the shelter/clinic. To reach it, take 9th Street to NW Reiman Avenue, where the shelter/clinic is situated at the end of NW Reiman Avenue.
Cost: No fees are charged.
