About this resource

This initiative aids homeless veterans in quickly securing permanent housing by providing assistance with security deposits and rental payments.

Eligible applicants must be at least 18 years old, veterans themselves, or have a head of household or spouse who is a veteran. They must have completed at least one day of active duty and possess a discharge status other than dishonorable. Income must be below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), and the program is available throughout Utah, excluding Salt Lake County. Additionally, applicants must pass a risk factor screening.
