The program supports individuals, their families, and caregivers throughout the cancer experience, from diagnosis to survivorship. Available services include transportation assistance in the form of gas cards, nutritional supplement drinks, and wigs for those experiencing hair loss due to treatment.

Fees: There are no fees for services.
Who can use this
- The primary focus is on patients of Confluence Health who have an oncologist or radiologist, but assistance is available for anyone with a documented cancer diagnosis from an oncologist or medical team (contact for confirmation or more information).
