About this resource
This service offers specialized door-to-door transportation for adults aged 80 and older, as well as transit-disabled individuals who struggle with the regular transit system, requiring prior application and reservations.
Intake Procedure: To schedule a ride, trips must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance, with options to book up to 7 days ahead. Reservations can be made by calling Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. For next-day service, requests should be submitted by 4 pm the previous day. When making a reservation, please provide: your first and last name, purpose of the ride, pickup and destination addresses, a contact number at the destination, your appointment or preferred pickup time, whether you will have a companion or care assistant, and if you will require a wheelchair.

Who can use this
- To qualify for paratransit services, individuals must be 80 years or older or meet certain ADA criteria, including those unable to use accessible vehicles, those needing boarding assistance, or those with specific impairments affecting travel to bus stops.
