About this resource
This initiative delivers community-oriented outreach, intake, assessment, and links to services, as well as, when necessary, long-term intensive case management and recovery support services. It caters to both adults and youth facing substance use disorders.
Intake Procedure: Engage with the local program. Generally, clients are referred by law enforcement, community organizations, and the judicial system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- Individuals, both youth and adults, with substance use disorders or concurrent substance use and mental health issues.
